A Sad Story: Whitney Houston

To edit how I feel would be a crime against heaven. So I wont. Not now. Not ever.

I think everyone pretty much knows about how Whitney Houston as passed away. It is really sad that another great voice is gone. There are not too many people nowadays who actually have the talent and the gift of a great singing voice. Now, you mostly just have someone screaming with a hot beat covering their vocals. If you ever heard them in concert, you would be like "what the fuck happen?"


No one knows the real details. They only know what they read in the magazines and hear on the news. There are a lot of details left out and a lot of factors scraped under the rug for whatever reason. But money is almost always at the root of it. They will say oh it is sad that she passed, but now after a few boo hoos everyone scrambles to try and figure out who gets what. 


I also think that the men in her life had a lot to do with her downfall. Although they were not entirely to blame. She had a choice. She could have chosen a different path. But, at the same time it wasn't as if the men in her life were exactly pushing her to be the absolute best. Maybe they tried at one point, but that's about it. 


Then to think that she was only 48. She still had so much time left to do a lot of things. 48 isn't very old at all. It just goes to show you, that you have to be careful about the crowd that you keep and you have to want to be the absolute best not just once, but every single day. Maybe she felt that she had done her best and could come up with nothing else. Maybe she felt that this was it. But then again look at Madonna, been around for such a long time and still going strong. So there really isn't any excuse not to keep trying. 


Anyway it just really sad.
