STREET GEEKZ: Real, Raw, Uncut

STREET GEEKZ

Sha'Ron Langley (26) stage name Moolah Moolah is from Washington, NC.

He started out as a drummer for a church then followed his passion for rapping at the age of 13. In the beginning it was more of a hobby but as he got better he fell in love with the art of rapping. In his "growing up" years he enjoyed all types of music but he was a fool for DMX. As he got older he found that he enjoyed listening to T.I. and Jeezy really were his inspirations. He shares that kids, family, life and the money are his motivation to continue in the rap game. He describes his style of skill as: Real, Inspirational, different.

So far in his career he has participated in Eleven Performances. He has done tracks with Ivy Monae, BoonCoon, Cream Dollars and Bizzy, just to name a few. His most memorable performance would have to be when he performed Real N***** S*** with Chico Shyne at a party. He remembers the crowd went crazy! It was Lit!

They (Street Geekz) just released their 2 Much Molly Mixtape. It's hard to choose which song on their album is the hottest because all the songs are fly as hell. If he could give any advice to someone aspiring to get in the rap game his response would be to stay focused, be consistent, keep the faith and remain humble.

Street Geekz has a couple singles they are about to release.
The much anticipated #Way2MuchMolly is on the way.

Remone Sherrod (30) stage name is Mayor Chico Shyne from Washington, NC.

He was 13 years old when he started rapping. His cousin and his friend motivated him to rap. He shares that his music style is: Raw, Real and Uncut. So far in his pursued passion he has participated in 10 performances since starting his music career.

His collaboration with Moolah is how they created Street Geekz
His most memorable performance was when he and Moolah performed RNS at a party. It was a very popular song! It was lit for real! The crowd went wild. When it comes to dropping fire it takes him no time to make a hit especially with Moolah. They have been pretty successful in the game, so they have too many hits to name but there most recent hit "2 Much Molly" is certainly worth a listen.

If he could give advice to someone desiring to get in the rap game, it would be: to follow your dreams, be humble and be yourself. When asked if he could change anything about the music industry he said that he would go back to the old days when rap and hip hop were real and not a gimmick. In his reflections he shared that his biggest inspirations growing up were Tupac, Fabulous, and lil wayne.

Street Geekz has the anticipated Way2MuchMolly on the way and the Street Geekin/Talibangin Mixape on the way too, so stay tuned!
