Dreams and Passions: Opera, Musical Theater, Singing

One of my biggest passions is to sing Opera, or Musical Theater in general. I only experienced musical theater once in my life, but even though it was a lot of hard work, I had a blast learning and making new friendships with the young men and women that were part of the production. 

Here is an example of what I would like to sing: 

Whenever I get to sing, my entire world is different. I'm a completely different person. My day is better. The worries and stresses in the world disappear. It is hard to explain, but in that moment I feel free. Strong. Unstoppable. Powerful. 

I know that singing is a gift from God. So, I'm careful to use it whenever it is to please and edify him. Although, I have been offered to make R&B records and collaborate with secular rap artists, those are things that I would have to have my manager step in and look into. But to sing for God, is something I willingly and all the time do for God.

These are just two examples of strong powerhouses voices that I admire. What a dream, to be able to sing on stage as they did and follow in their footsteps. Nothing is impossible with God.
