Thunder for Lyrics: Arkansas Bo

 Arkansas Bo

"I speak the truth and the truth is not always pretty. People will tell you how you need to change and follow the crowd, as for Arkansas Bo, I stand out because I am Arkansas Bo, the lyricist."

Thunder for Lyrics...

Born Marlon Jennings Jr. IS an American Hip Hop Artist from Stuttgart, Arkansas (Sugatown). He began his Hip Hop career at the age of thirteen. He became inspired by the likes of legendary rappers such as Scarface, 8 Ball & MJG, UGK, Outkast, and many more. Bo became a lyrical monster in his lyrical writing style. His track, Arkansas Sound, commanded the attention of Scarface of the Geto Boys and owner of the label FACEMOB MUSIC.  Arkansas Bo's baritone voice brings thunder to his brutally honest lyrics that always carry a conscious message.

BO, has always written his own material. He collaborated with quite a few people, a couple are 607 and Mousequake. Together they are always dope. People don't know that he has always been the type to express himself in the arts. He majored in art and sculpturing in college. He also writes poetry and he began transforming his art of poetry into the art of Hip Hop music. He was inspired by the likes of legendary rappers such as Scarface, 8 Ball & MJG, UGK, Outkast, and He has opened for many Hip Hop legends including:Paul Wall, Lil Boosie, Bunn B, Big Krit, Fat Joe, Tela, Devin the Dude, Scarface, Webbie, 8 Ball & MJG, and more. He also did major collaborations with Devin the Dude (Rap-A-Lot), Mr. Serve-On (No Limit), and featured on Multi-Platinum Producer, Keith Clizark's Still Burnin 2 mixtape. He makes it a point with other Arkansas Artists such as; D-Dirt, Touda, and a special collaboration with E Dubb on the conscious project: Black Lives Don't Matter.

His favorite song he has written: is Black Lives Don’t Matter. He loves it because it’s true. He wanted to help bring awareness to police brutality as well as lift his community up. So, he and some other artists from Arkansas got together to bring out the message. Bo continues to amazes us with his latest album. He was inspired to create one of his most well-known songs Ubiquitous because he feels "the state of HIP HOP is slipping. He grew up on Hip Hop so he was taught to be proud of the culture. The women taught young girls that "black girls do rock" and now he feels like hip hop is lost on the current generation

See Into the Future

Currently Bo is working on his next project. He has a show in Dallas, TX in June of this year. He will be performing live at Club RBC Deep Ellum.  While he is performing all over the United States he also had time to write his next album :Tide (Tired) of this Shit, and he's getting ready to go into the studio to record. He and his team continue to promote his current singles, Man of the Year, Man Say, Livin’ A Lie, Ubiquitous, and Thick Wit It (ft Devin the Dude).

His work can be found on all available streaming platforms. As well as:

Cash Plug Records: Get your Music, Event, Brand Seen and Heard!

I'm going to speak to you from an honest place because being: HONEST, is the only way I know how to be.

So, I have been apart of marketing companies before but I have never encountered anything this unique and or diverse. This really is the FIRST of its' kind.

I remember working with other "marketing" companies and I also remember how I would dedicate so much time to calling people and asking people if they wanted to be apart of what we were doing. They would be so excited, and say yes!

But, after I reviewed my reasoning for "WHY" I wanted them to join and I looked at my "team"  I had to stop and ask myself  "why would anyone want to join this team when we are unorganized, have limited loyalty among the the majority of the members and can barely keep our mess together?"

Of course I was hurt by what I discovered in my reflections, because I had dedicated so much time to building this idea of a team based on loyalty, honesty and general friendship that I forgot to look at the reality of what I was working with...

THEN I WAS INTRODUCED TO

Where my opinions! My voice! It was heard......

I get to do what I love which is working with all types of artists, producers, designers, DJs, (etc.), promote music, help other people live their dream of getting your music, events and or brand heard and seen and I get PAID to do it.

There are discounts on studio time, beats and free VIP when club, party and celebrity events come into town. On top of that everything is organized! The leadership is impeccable. So many great minds come together with positive energy and the movement turns into a waterfall of none stop SUCCESS!
SUCCESS!

SUCCESS!

SUCCESS!

SUCCESS!

When I have questions about anything I just ask and I get an answer right away. The other thing that I love is that everyone gets treated with RESPECT and no one gets left behind. If you are having trouble plugging someone in (getting them started), then you can contact he "main man in charge", your team lead, or any of the veteran members to assist you.

So, I honestly say out of all the marketing type businesses out there, this one is certainly the most productive, organized and stable and it will not only grow but be around for years and years to come.

Thank you for reading. Have a wonderful week.
